Then just chill out in the thermal spa! Relax in the Jacuzzi and let the bubbles soothe away the strain or just sit back in the sauna as the heat eases body and mind. Why not take an aroma shower, followed by a little peace and serenity in the steam room. And if you’re feeling brave, try the invigorating ice room or Plunge pool to really ease those aching limbs. 

The thermal spa is for over 16s, inclusive in membership for all adults.
