Aerobics Yoga and Step classes
Classes are free to members and there is usually no need to book in advance. A purpose built dance studio offers members a sunny, warm, well lit environment to do their exercise classes in. From yoga and pilates to step and tums and bums there is a wide variety of classes to suit your fitness level. From belly dancing to ballet there is always a class to try!
Functional fitness classes specifically designed for the less mobile are run three times a week and enable members to exercise at a level that suits them.
